Is it possible to reset the plugin to default settings?
I used it in the past and thought I’d give it another try. But the old settings popup on the pages, which isn’t compatible with the current content.

I explored just going to ‘text editor’ on the PAGES, but this wasn’t enough to keep the memory of the previous install from skewing the layout.

    Hi Travis

Thanks for posting. Unfortunately, there isn’t a settings reset option in Page Builder by SiteOrigin. Can you perhaps share a link to a page and point out a setting that you’re looking to get rid of?

    No worries.
After a few different updates, I’m guessing maybe a ‘database cleaner’ plugin would remove all ‘memory of the previous page settings, and prevent a fresh install of the page builder plugin from re-establishing the previous layout. May eventually give it a try, but came up with another solution for building out the pages.

Super, glad to hear you’ve been making progress.

You can use Database Reset plugin. For example, the options table resets all theme settings. In the event of using a plugin like this, I’d highly recommend you first experiment on a staging or local copy of the site and backup the database first.

Thanks, but actually I looked at doing some editing last night and the same issues are back. The hero plug in of the man page is gone, and so is my library. Unable to edit as well. Still running 4.9.9

Come to think on it, the last update before the changes occured was one from from you guys for uprating my Siteorigin Premium. Then it all went to hell

I had the issue fixed, and now it’s back again. Through a debug I have 8 issues and all star out by saying tis. “Deprecated: Function create_function() is deprecated in…) then it goes on to give me the plug in affected and line its on. However I don’t know how to fix it, but even more so I have no idea what’s causing it.
