Reset ticket numbering without deleting existing tickets

    Hi,

    I was wondering if I can reset the ticket numbering without deleting existing tickets.
    Now I have tickets from 5-20 (because I delete some tickets) and I would like them to be from 1-15.

    Hello,

    If your highest ticket id is 15 then it is not possible to reset it to a number less than 15. You can set it to any number greater than 15 from settings.
