• Hello,

    I tried to fix the plugin because sync was not working. So I deleted Api keys from woocommerce. Probably that was not a good idea, but now I’m trying to reconnect my store. I deleted my store from printful website. And I supposed that if I delete plugin and reinstall it I will be able to reconnect my store from beginning. But I can’t. Plugin contain old settings. I can’t delete them. How to refresh the plugin to start a new connection from beginning?

  • Hey! It’s possible that you can’t connect due to an incorrect API key that is registered in the Printful plugin. You can try going to WordPress > Printful plugin > Settings. Then make sure that the API keys are deleted and hit the “Save” button. After that, click on the “Connect” button and try connecting again!
