• Using Tools tab, I have reset the store completely.
    However when I place an order, the order number still continues, and does not reset to 0.

    Is this correct? It seems like by resetting the store and customer data, orders should begin again from 0.

    Hello,

    The order number comes from the database id of orders and when you make reset the store it just removes the previous data from the order table but doesn’t reset the id as its an auto increment value. But still we are looking into it and will try to make something related to this in the near future.
