reset star rating

Hello
I have configured the reviews and ratings for woocommerce, also doing some tests.
After finishing I canceled the reviews, but the stars attributed to the product in the category page are no longer removed.
I tried everything to turn off and rewrite reviews, duplicate the product, put it in drafts.
In the category page always come out 5 starsThe page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

What happens if you go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and clear the WooCommerce and Expired transients?
