Reset '# shares' after changing permalinks

Recently I updated the permalinks to a more frendly format. (postname+number instead of the defeault)

Although it seems to work fine this resulted in resetting the number of share through twitter/likedin/facebook likes, etc.

Any help is welcome on resolving this (hopefully small) issue… ??
