Hi, is it possible to reset all of the setting maded on the plugin?

    I will explain way,

I moved to a new hosting and change the settings with those from the new hosting (test email work), but I can’t send any other email (Woocommerce: New order, Completed order etc.) even test email from Email Customiser, this is never been problem on my previous hosting.

I try 4 different SMTP plugins and they all work, but every of them have option to get the settings from your plugin and when I choose it, every of this plugins show SMTP Host from my previous hosting, so I think some how your plugin not change it in the settings (I did it and visually all settings are correct).

So can I reset all settings some how, I try to reinstall the plugin, but it still remember them…

    Thanks!

    Hi @antekapa

Thanks for reaching out and we are sorry to hear about this strange issue.

Based on how you have described it so far, it sounds like a caching issue. You may want to consider clearing your website cache.

In order to perform a full re-installation, you’ll need to check the “Uninstall Easy WP SMTP” checkbox under your Easy WP SMTP > Settings > Misc section. Once that is checked a full uninstallation will be performed, then you can attempt a fresh installation once more.

Thanks, that was helpful and now it works. I don’t know why I not find this setting from the first time, I check every Setting page, before open this ticket…

Whatever, can I ask you another side question here?

First, before I ask you, just to know, I NOT blame you or your plugin at all for this issue, just you, like a person who knows what doing, maybe know what is the problem now…

I always been used your plugin for my emails and never had a problems, but now every email get directly to SPAM folder. What is different now—-> I change my hosting and also now I use Cloudflare for DNS.

Is it possible those difference to case every mail to be treated as a SPAM?

    Thanks!

    Hi @antekapa

Thanks for getting back to us and we are happy to hear that your settings are now carrying over.

As for your follow-up question, that certainly is strange. To confirm if the issue is mailer/SMTP server specific, we would recommend setting up a different mailer.

Specifically, we recommend using the Sendinblue mailer for testing purposes. Even if you don’t end up using them long-term, you can at least confirm that the previous SMTP server is experiencing an issue and you can share that information with the SMTP host.
