Reset PW failure

OK, I made a sleep-deprived mistake and clicked “forgot password” and had an email reset. However, I clicked the link “To reset your password visit the following address, otherwise just ignore this email and nothing will happen.” and have no waited for over an hour. I’ve tried logging into phpmyadmin but, it fails as well.

Any help to get me back so I can edit would be GREATLY appreciated. I love WordPress….best blog sw out there. Really. I’m not just ass kissing. Well……maybe a little. TIA
