Reset password user block time

Hi,
I am using this plugin to block a user if he/she tries to hit forgot password for more than 5 times. Currently the user is blocked to do so.
My question is after how much time he/she will be again abled to do so? I don’t think that this is permanently blocked for him/her. I can’t find any configuration to set this time period.
