Reset password url missing username at end

When a user tries to reset their password for my site, the %reseturl% in the email produces an invalid key. The username is missing from the end of the url. It looks like this: https://mysite.com/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=xxxx&login=
with no username at the end.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
