Reset password URL gives 404 error
-
Hi!
I’m using YayMail to customize my Woocommerce emails, and I came up with an issue. In my custom reset password email, I added a button with the shortcode [yaymail_password_reset_url_string] to redirect to the appropriate website page. The URL looks fine, but the problem is that somehow it’s not being “recognized” by WooCommerce. It gives me a 404 error (page not found).
If I disable the custom email template and I use WooCommerce’s default one, everything works fine, so there has to be an issue with the [yaymail_password_reset_url_string] shortcode.Any idea about what could be happening, and how can I solve it?
Thank you in advance!
