reset password problem when logout

  • Hello,
    when i am logged out from my account and lost password and i clicked reset password and it sent me a link, and this link redirect me reset password page and tell me to write an email again and i cant change password, but when i logged in i can change password without problem. can you help me?

  • Same problem. Both UM and Frontend Reset have this problem. I tried disabling the cache plugin but the problem still cannot be resolved.

    I have checked this and it works for me on my dev site.

    I would imagine there might be theme or plugin conflict. Can you try disable them all to test and then enable them one by one to find the issue.

    I did a test with WordPress Version 6.1.1 and Twenty Twenty Two theme
