Reset Password Problem

Unfortunately, as of now, Admin can’t reset the password from the front-end as it’s disabled for security reasons.

However, we may enable this option with a future release if we receive more similar requests.

You misunderstood the problem. Sorry.

When I reset the user’s password from within the admin the link in the reset email is invalid.

Under a user’s username in the user list there is a link that says “reset password”

That is how I am generating the reset password email…

I have tested your reported issue, and it seems it’s working fine in our testing environment.

Can you please try after disabling the WPDM plugin whether a similar issue is occurring or not?

@humayonk I have reset the same account from the admin and the front end.

I get these two URLs

They are very similar. When I click the first link i am requested to change my password. When i click the second link i get an error “Invalid Key”

Let me know your thoughts on the matter.
