Reset password page not working

Hi there.

Although working fine since launch in January, our password reset page is no longer working. Other emails from the site – whether via UM or WordPress – seem to be fine.

We’ve added an SMTP with no joy, and I’ve turned off all caching on the various login and password reset pages with no change. Anything else I can change that will fix it?
