Reset Password Page and Register Pages not working

  • Hi. When I click the reset password and register links, nothing happens. It just stays on the same login page. Can you help me? Thank you.

    I solved it by deactivating all the plugins and activating them one by one. However when I clicked the reset password link, it reloads the login page instead of showing a message that a password link has been sent to your email. Also, I never received an email to reset a password. Can you help me with this?
