Reset password not working in Chrome

    Hello,

    When trying to reset a password in Google Chrome the following error shows: “This is not possible for security reasons.”

    It works fine in Firefox.

    Any suggestions?

    Do you have any security extensions for Chrome installed?
    Please try disabling browser extensions and see if it helps.
