Hello, I am excited to be using the ultimate member plugin, however I am running into an issue trying to roll it out. The password reset is not working. The page shows up and asks for the user name and emails the user with a link to the same page where it has the exact same form and does the same thing in a loop. It never allows you to actually get to the part where you can change your password. I have W3 Total cache and tried to ensure that all password and login pages were excluded from the cache. When that did not work I deactivated it entirely. But it is still doing the same thing. I could really use suggestions on how to fix this! (My plan was to batch upload our client list as users using the WebToffee import export tool, with the idea that they would then get the welcome email with the password reset link to set their own password and then be able to log in… in a test with a few users, they got the email as planned with their username and the link, but then ran into this roadblock).
    Thank you for any help!!!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @kfazioli

Are you able to provide a video clip so we can see the issue clearly? We’ll try to reproduce it on our test sites.

    Hi, here is a video.
I did contact my hosting service today and ensure that the password reset page was excluded from any server side caching, but it did not seem to fix the issue.

    Thank you for any help.
I can provide a member login for you if that will help you to test it.

    Hi @kfazioli

Sorry for the late response. Could you please check if this issue still occurs with a default WP theme such as 2020 or 2021 theme?

Hello, it turns out this is a conflict with Sendinblue, which I use to handle my SMTP transactional emails sent from the site.
They said “After further investigating, the Technical team has informed me that the link redirection seems not to be a Sendinblue issue, as you are using a third party plugin to send password reset emails which creates conflict with our plugin.
Please disable that plugin and try again with the different plugin which is only used to trigger the password reset email from the Sendinblue plugin.”

However, I really like Ultimate Member and do not want to change plugins. Any suggestions? If not, can you suggest a SMTP handler that won’t conflict with your plugin?

    Thank you!

    Hi @kfazioli

    Sorry for the late response.

Ultimate Member is using the core function wp_mail for sending email notifications. Could you please try installing this plugin so we can see the notification logs?
