    Thank you for reaching out to us!
    Please try updating the plugin to the latest version which is already released. Please check your email settings on the server-side too. Then follow this guide to reset your password. This issue might happen when your new password is not valid which means it does not fit the password validation (at least eight characters, symbol & number should be added)
