    Hi @ecarmie,

Thank you for your detailed message!

I’ve also created a test account on your site and observed this issue. Since it might be a change that this is related to caching:

    1. Do you use any caching plugins? If so, could you please exclude our pages, the pages created with our shortcodes, especially the page where you have the PB Recover Password form ( [wppb-recover-password] ) from it, and check if the issue persists?

    2. If you have any caching enabled via a plugin or from your hosting, please disable them temporarily and check if the issue still persists.

    3. Please create a new page on your site and on this new page add only the PB Recover Password form ( [wppb-recover-password] ) and check if the issue still persists.

    Best regards,

Hi Alex, i’m so sorry for the late response.

It seems one of our admins has accidentally deleted the user you created. Can I please ask the email you’d like to use and I can set up an admin account for you as this is happening on twoof our websites:

    clients.superwellness.co.uk
    wellbeingleadhub.superwellness.co.uk

Apologies as I’m not a developer so I’m not sure if we use caching plugins.

    Many thanks,
    Carmie

    Hi Carmie,

First of all, lets check the caching situation.

Regarding question 1, from my previous message, you will need to go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and there you will need to search if you have plugins that are related to caching, maybe these plugins have caching in their name or in their description. For example, from the screenshots you’ve shared with your plugins, I can see two plugins that are caching-related: Cache Enabler, and Object Cache Pro. I suggest doing the first step (from my previous message) with these two plugins.

After you check the first step, then continue with the other steps I’ve mentioned in my previous message and check if you still encounter the issue.

Now, regarding the account, you can create a normal user account while using the following email address: [email protected], but please DO NOT make this account an Administrator account since it is forbidden through these forums to receive Administrator accounts. Again, DO NOT make this user account an Administrator (make it a normal user account, like a normal Subscriber).

    Best regards,
