Reset Password Link Not sending for GiveWP Account

Hi There, I’m having trouble logging into my GiveWP account (in order to access priority support for another issue), but my username and password are not working, nor is the password reset process. The password reset email is never being sent or is not coming through.

I’ve checked all the usual places: spam, trash, promotions tab etc and all of my existing email filters, but nothing, it’s not there.

Can you please confirm if GiveWP is having an issue with logins atm, or how I might go about getting into my account?
