Reset Password link not sending email

    Good evening,

    I have a website, and when one goes to try and reset the password nothing is happening. I can send the reset link by going to the user individually, but it would be ideal for the users the be able to reset their own passwords.

    Hello @mcam0048 ,

    I’m sorry this is not working as expected. The password reset email is a default WordPress email. If you are using our login page, we do append the reset link. We will need to know more to help troubleshoot your issue with you.

    Are these the only emails not being sent from your site? If you disable PMPro is this email sent?

    Thank you for your reply. It seems that this is the only link that is not working. When I press on it, nothing happens.

    I have not connected to SendWP yet. I would like to buy a membership for Paid Membership Pro, but to be honest, if this problem is not resolved, then it will be a complete waste of money.

    oh… nothing happens when you click the button to reset?
    This sounds like it could be a javascript error. I would have to see.

    Can you share a link to your login / reset page?

    Also, just to confirm, you have the login page set to use the PMPro shortcode, is that correct?

    Yes, it is using the [pmpro_login] shortcode.

    @mcam0048 I apologize for the delay here, were you able to resolve this issue?

    Do you have any other plugin that may offer frontend login/password reset functionality as a feature of their plugin? Something may be interfering here with the password reset functionality.
