Hi. I noticed that in update 9.3.0 an extra parameter was added to the link that goes out to customers when they try to reset their password. After updating to the latest version of WooCommerce, the link seems to be invalid but works if I remove the “&login=username” parameter.

Here is a link to the changelog: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/49737/

I have modified some of the template files so this may be what is causing the issue. Is there any files which I would need to update to get this working correctly?

    Many thanks.

    Hi @samuelashbr00k ,

I understand the reset password link isn’t functioning as expected after the recent update. It’s possible that the changes you’ve made to the template files might be contributing to this issue.

Could you share more details on the specific changes you’ve made to the template files? This information will help us better understand the adjustments you’ve made and how they might interact with the recent WooCommerce update.

Also, it would be very helpful if you could provide a System Status Report. You can generate this from your WordPress dashboard by going to WooCommerce → Status and then clicking ‘Get system report’ at the top. After that, click on ‘Copy for support’ to copy the entire report.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in here using the “<code>” block.

Looking forward to your response and getting this sorted out.
