Reset Password getting error 404

    Hi there…
    I’m getting 404 error when trying to reset the password via retrieve_password/?user_login=username
    What can be wrong??

    Please make sure you have enabled the controller Settings > JSOn API > User and permalinks ( Settings > permalink )are also enabled.
