When resetting a password, after a user enters a proper email address or username, the reset password form returns to the login page without providing the user any message or feedback that an email will be sent with a link for resetting their password.

I am pretty sure it used to work properly in the past and would output some message like:
“A link to reset your password has been sent to your e-mail address.”

Unfortunately, I am not sure when it stopped working.

Any thoughts as to how I can get this functionality working again?

    Kind regards,
    -A

Disable other plugins and see if it works then.

I’ve had this same issue for several months now and often receive support emails asking for help to get their password reset.

As the OP noted, after user enters their username or email, the form redirects to the login page without any feedback…

AND… in my case, the password reset email is never received by the user (I tested it with my admin account as well).

Can I possibly have a URL/credentials to test?
