Reset password feature not working?

Hi!

For some reason, my username/password have stopped working as of this morning. I cannot get a hold of my web designer who has access to FTP, so I am left to my own devices.

After trying the https://wrenpeters.com/my-account/lost-password/ feature, my username appears to be unrecognized/ not working.

When I input my username or email it returns me to the page without confirmation that anything happened.

How can I reset my password without access to any of the backend stuff? I am a n00b when it comes to this stuff. Thanks!
