    Hi,

    I am facing a problem that all customized emails are able to sent thru the plugin. However, the reset password email is sent as the default woocommerce format.

    I’ve checked that the reset password is enable. Is there any possible way to solve it?

    Sorry for the late reply, we are working on your problem. So here the answer. Resetpass only work if you use default of woocomerce, if you use the 3rd plugin to create a email resetpassword unfortanely it can not work with our email plugin, so you have to unplug your 3rd plugin and use WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy and check the red box like this picture below.

    Thank you very much. Seems that it was crashed with the theme. Anyway, appreciated with you reply and I will contact the theme creator to fix it.
