Reset password Email not generated

  • If we press the forgot password button and submit any member’s email address on my new wordpress multisite, the mail never reaches.
    Troubleshooting help will be highly appreciated.

  • Did you try to edit the passwords in your users area of your dashboard? (You need the admin rights).

    I don’t know if you have phpmyadmin. You can edit the passwords for every user on your website.

    Please let me know!
