    Hello,

    I’ve a strange problem in my woocommerce wp site, when user reset his password, he get email but the email contains only header with site name without other data for reset instructions.

    I Installed “WP Mail logging” and when I display the sent email , it shows the email correct !

    I inspected the HTML script for the email that sent in WP mail logging and GMAIL received raw data, it seems that the HTML the received in GMAIL is corrupted.

    I checked all woocommerce email templates and it seems ok, check if other plugins that may interact with it, but didn’t find any related plugins

    Thank you for reaching us about this issue. This is unusual, can you share more details about this, please? Can you share a screenshot of the email as you receive it? And a screenshot of the email template in Woo, as well as what you see on WP Mail Logging.

    A couple more questions:

    • If you got to your site’s default pw reset link (/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword), does it email work properly?
    • What about other emails from WooCommerce, are they being sent out and received fine?

    In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    I thought that the problem may be from my host, so I installed WP Mail STMP and it solved my problem.
