If you have configured my account page for your user registration, the reset password works properly. We suggest you check this documentation https://docs.wpeverest.com/user-registration/docs/how-to-show-account-profile.

Also, please check this documentation https://docs.wpeverest.com/user-registration/docs/customize-email-content. Check the email content of the reset password and whether the reset email is enabled or not.

If everything is fine according to our documentation and still not working, please provide us with your user registration form link. We will look into it as a user and let you know the appropriate solution.
