Reset Password doesn’t work

Do you have the latest 1.3.87 version of the plugin installed?
Please check whether you have caching plugins installed or not.
If yes, exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache and see if this fixes your issue.
This issue can be also caused by server side caching e.g. Varnish cache, Memcached or Cloudflare.

I have the latest version, and I don’t have any caching plugins installed.

As far as I know, there is no server-side caching. How would I confirm this via Cpanel?

Please refer to the end of this support ticket, where someone replied on my comment on a different thread. It seems that this is a conflict with ANY slider plugin that, once installed, the reset password page no longer works. I’ve tried with two different slider plugins, and both have the same effect.

Any idea what is causing this and which slider plugin I can use that works with your plugin?

We’ve just tested password reset with the Soliloquy slider active, however, we haven’t experienced any issues with password reset.
Are you sure that you have the latest 1.3.87 version of the Ultimate member installed?
Can you please try to clear user cache in the Ultimate member -> Dashboard -> User cache section.

Clearing the cache worked. Thank you so much – I didn’t even know this option existed – might you consider moving it to to the “advanced” section of the “settings” page, too? Just a thought ??
