Reset password button not working

  • Hi, I need some help.

    My users can’t reset their passwords. In fact when they click on “reset password” button, nothing happens.

    What is the problem? How can I fix it?

    Please note I have recently installed SSL certificate, I don’t know if the problem is related (I already force SSL in config file).

    It’s possible this is a conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

    Hi,

    The only problem I found is with SI Captcha Anti-Spam but I don’t know if it’s related. When I deactivated this plugin the “reset password” button works again but I received the message: “An error has occured. Please try again”.

    I tried to update this plugin to the latest version but now the Captcha desappears from password recovery and I get always the message “An error has occured. Please try again”.

    I really don’t know what the problem is…

    It sounds like the two plugins aren’t compatible. Does Login With Ajax work ok on its own?

    Yes, all is fine except the password recovery.

    I tried to use the plugin with a shortcode in a page and in this case it works fine: lost password links to the external page of wordpress for the recovery.

    I was thinking… where I can find the previous version of your plugin? Maybe installing a previous version could fix the problem temporarly.
