Reset password breaks when login address is hidden

Tested the feature on a single WordPress installation and on Multisite. The problem happens only when tested on Multisite (two independent websites actually).
Reset password page loads, but when the button is pressed, the user gets redirected to example.com/not_found (not_found being the address, that I’ve set for sending people trying to access wp-login.php).
