Reset Password

    I have the account page set up with the reset password option. When a user enters their current password, and then their new password, it redirects to a page that asks them to enter their email address or username to reset their password. This can’t be right – surely when they enter the password change details, it should just reset the password. What am I missing?

    Hi @gdrayson,

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
    Please, double-check that you’ve correctly assigned Ultimate member pages in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages.
    Do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
