Reset Link is Redirecting to Index Page

    For some reason when a user clicks the reset link from their email, they are being redirected to the home page. Is this a known issue or something that can be fixed easily? I really appreciate any help that can be given…

    Thanks for your quick response! I believe so, but it’s possible there could be a setting that’s off. The site is https://hjpetropeople.com/

    It’s working fine to send the reset link to a users email address, but just redirecting them when they try to click the link from their email.

    Seems like you’ve got something doing a redirect, maybe something related to security. My plugin doesn’t redirect the user to the homepage at any time. If something is wrong when parsing the URL parameters, the lost password form would just show again.

    It could be the way you’ve got the reset form page set up. It redirects the user to the homepage when the ‘action’ URL parameter isn’t populated. This parameter isn’t populated by my plugin, so your site is kicking the user back to the homepage.
