Reset Link in email redirects to Reset Passwrod Page, not New Password Creation

    This URL is the reset_link in the automated reset password email. Once I click on it, it takes me back to the Reset Password page instead of the ‘create new password’ form page. The page string ‘lost-password’ in that URL is the one I placed the shortcode in and selected it in the settings as instructed in the plugin instructions. I use Divi builder. This link should go to a page that says something like my-account/create-new-password. I am sorry if I am not technical enough with the terms I use to describe the issue. Thanks for any help.
