Reset email not arriving

I was logging in with my admin password and it kept saying it was wrong, so click on ‘lost my password’.
The screen saying it has sent an email with instructions appears.
The problem is that I never receive the e-mail.
The email account is a gmail. I have checked the spam and all the tabs and it is not there.
So now I am basically logged out of my own website. What can I do?
