Reset Download

  • Hello
    If the buyer received a letter but for some reason could not download the first time. How can I reset the download link?

  • Hi, can you confirm that the buyer did not download the product? If are certain of this, check the orders in the plugins section. What do you see in regards to the order the buyer did not download? Or was this just a hypothetical question?
