Reset Default

I am really digging the theme and trying it o both sites to make sure it suits my objectives. https://rodwellbuildingservices.com is the main CMS and in that site is https://www.rodwellbuildingservices.com/realty-club/ which is the eCommerce site of our operation. I installed the Multipurpose Startup theme on both sites. On the main site https://www.rodwellbuildingservices.com, I may have done too many customizations or had a cache plugin WPRocket running prematurely. I disarmed the plugin and would like to reset the theme to default as if when first installed. Is there a way to reset it?
If I could return it to default settings maybe the social icons and the menu buttons will display and not look like mistaken Xs.
