Hello. I have Order Delivery Date Pro for WooCommerce

Assume that for Product 1, I assign its own category. Then I set the max orders of this category to 15 for delivery date 12-03-2020. Now assume that customer 1 placed 15 orders for delivery date 12-03-2020. As such, other customers are now unable to place an order.

Is there a way to reset the counter, so that other customers can now place an order for delivery date 12-03-2020, but the same max orders of 15 ?

I am asking this because I did a test on this functionality by setting max orders of 15 for 12-03-2020, then placing 15 orders, then 1 more order to see if the error message would appear. And it worked. So I cancelled all the orders. But when I try to place an order now, I get the message: “12-3-2020 is not available for delivery. Please select a new delivery date.” , even if that date is available with max orders of 15.

    Hi @angienatoyn,

For this, I will suggest you set the maximum order limit to 30 [ 15 orders which are already placed + you need more 15 orders ]for the specific delivery date 12-03-2020.

The plugin will consider the lockout of the orders as well which are placed for that date.

Do let me know if you have any further questions.
