Reset Course Button / Re-Enroll

    Hi there.

    I’d like to have a button on users dashboard to ‘reset’ the course. Meaning marking incomplete the complete course at once. Is this possible? Other option / issue is re-enrolling yourself (cancel enrolling for all courses with button A, enroll (via membership or something) with button B).

    I know this is on your feature-list. However, please I hope you are able to help me out.

  • It is a proposed feature request and will be built eventually but as of this moment it isn’t something in high enough demand to prioritize for development.

    Dear Thomas,

    Thanks for the reply, I’ve voted on your Trello-link. However, can you help me with the solution at this moment – some custom code? Marking incomplete every single lesson is quite hard to do if you have over 150 lessons. Hopefully you can help me with this feature: or by a button/link for resetting/restarting courses, or by a button/link for re-enroll/re-join membership or something.

    I could absolutely write you custom code but I barely have the capacity to respond to all our support requests and fix bugs. As a rule, I simply cannot write custom code to fill the gaps in our feature set…

    I am sorry about that and I wish I could take a different stance to solve all the problems all the time but if I do that I can’t respond to support tickets, I can’t build new features, and I can’t resolve bugs because I become a mercenary writing custom code all the time.

    When the issue is simple you will see me sending code snippets. When it’s more complicated and requires a lot of testing I simply can’t do that.
