Reset Calendar Deleted Prior Bookings

I “reset” the default availability & created custom availability, but we now have a bigger problem. The calendar now shows every day, all times slots, as available. The previous time slots that were booked before the reset no longer show as booked & now say available. However, if we look on the backend, we can see the reservations that were previously made. How can we correct this?
