    I “reset” the default availability & created custom availability, but we now have a bigger problem. The calendar now shows every day, all times slots, as available. The previous time slots that were booked before the reset no longer show as booked & now say available. However, if we look on the backend, we can see the reservations that were previously made. How can we correct this?

    Hello,

    When reseting or overwriting the availability, days/hours will show the new availability and not the old one with days/hours booked.
    Reservations are not affected in Pinpoint > Reservations, but only the status in calendar (as per the new availability).
    You will need to manually mark the old booked time slots with the ‘booked’ status.

    How do I choose just the hours booked on the backend & mark them simply as “booked” without inputting all of the info we’ve marked as “required” so that they appear as such on the frontend?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, you cannot mark the old time slots which were booked before, at the same time. You will need to check your reservations, go in your calendar and for each time slot where you have a reservation, mark as “booked”.

    To select a single time slot from a day you will have to press the little ‘clock’ icon which can be seen on each day from calendar and a list with the time slots from that day will appear.
