When booking a date from the frontend, I get the confirmation message above the calendar, but no emails are sent and the booking does not show up under Reservations in the backend. This may have started when upgrading to WP 4.8 or when installing the latest version of the plugin. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Hm, looks like the problem was solved by deactivating and reactivating the plugin. I’ll post again if it breaks again.

Thanks for a good plugin, by the way. One minor thing: It would be great to be able to manually input start and end date when setting availability in the backend. My room should be available every day for the foreseeable future, and having to set the availability month by month gets quite tiring.

Nope, there are still problems. Only “notify on book request” email to user and administrator are working. No emails when approving or cancelling, even though notifications are enabled for all. Tried turning on php-mailer, but that didn’t help.

I also had to delete and recreate one of my extras as it would render the price 0 when used. Still, it seems to send 0 arbitrarily. Can’t figure out why.

Edit: Tried creating a new theme, but that did nothing.

    Hi dear user.

Unfortunately it is not easy to add this feature( manually input start and end date), but maybe we will try to add it in future(we are working on other important project at this moment).

Can you send us Notifications settings page screenshots(use our email [email protected]) ?

Also send us the calendar page url, we will check the extra as well.

    Thanks for using our plugin.

    Best regards,

Thanks for resolving the e-mail issue. There is still one problem, though: The “Notify on approved booking request” notification does not include the information using the [form] shortcode in the e-mail. [details] is working fine, but is useless since all the billing information is in the form… I use this notification to send an e-mail to the billing department. The same goes for “Notify when booking is approved” – [form] is blank. Not a huge problem, since this e-mail goes to the customer, but still a bug.

Another thing: I would love to have the option to add an additional e-mail address to the cancellation notification, so that the billing department is notified as well if a booking is cancelled.

    Thanks again!

Did you fix the [form] shortcode bug as well? Thanks.

Hi again. The emails are no longer sending, only the first reservation email. None of the other emails (confirmation, cancel etc) are going out. What did you do to fix it last time?

I was going to get the Pro-version, but as long as these issues continue to appear, the plugin is not useable. Please advise.
