    There appears to be a bug of the booking plugin. It seems there are two issues: 1) reservations made appear only in WooCommerce > Orders and not in Pinpoint > Reservations, and 2) Some of the transactions are approved automatically without my client’s knowledge. In other words, she doesn’t approve them at all (because she doesn’t know the reservations exist since they don’t appear in the Reservations page) but she still gets the email saying the reservation was approved.

    Interesting thing is that the reservations are made by real people (and it’s been confirmed by my client who says the name showing in WooCommerce > Orders is of the person that showed up to the event), so we know that these are not spam.

    What could be causing this?
