• Hello,

    We had an issue where one person was able to take a ticket without any available places.
    Now we have -1/x place available. If I go on the event page the ticket is not available.
    The last reservation asked for 2 places. Maybe the plugin don’t check if there is enough space to book all of them.

    We have the option of approval checked and we don’t allow to overbook.
    I think that it shouldn’t happen.

    What do you think ?

    Do you have a cache plugin running?

    Which version of Events Manager are you using?

    Hello, this is a one-off.

    There is no cache plugin and I was using the latest version available at that time.

    Since it’s a one-off, and presumably hasn’t happened again, it sounds like a possible delay in updating the database. Does everything else seem to be working ok?
