    Hello there,

    I have a big big problem. I’m launching my site and my business on monday, and the reservation information in not confidential. This means that when a person makes a reservation and enters his privat data (name, email, phone) that data is somehow saved and the next person that makes a reservation (from a different computer) can see the previous information entered (name, email, phone number). This is a very serious problem, the info that a client enters MUST be confidential. Please help me!!!!!!

    I can’t replicate this on my sandbox installation.

    Please let me know where the data is saved and where is showing. Would you please share a link from your site si I could have a closer look?

    Have you tried to book an appointment with another browser? If you are using Chrome on both devices and you logged in to a Google account from your browser, it might pull the information inside the fields.

    Thank you for your reply.

    When you click a green slot to make a reservation, a bunch of fields appear underneath with name, e-mail, telephone etc. When somebody fills the fields with their info and then click confirm reservation their info is stored in the fields. So if another client from a different computer makes a reservation, instead of white fields for name, email, tel, he will see the fields filled with the other customers information. (is this making any sens? I.m trying to explain the best way I can) I noticed this when me and two of my friend tried to make reservations. One of them made from his phone and the other one saw his info in the field when he tried to make a reservation from his tablet. I could also see the fields filled and not blank on my phone (I was not logged in to wordpress and my friend never used my phone). We tried several times and the same think kept happening.

    Hello @albinuta,

    Are you using any cache plugin or cache on server? If yes then try to exclude appointments page from it. (check if you enabled cache in Appointments+ settings – in Advanced – if yes, then disable it)

    Hi Kasia,
    I am not using any cache plugin, I don’t know anything about cache on server, the “use built in cache” was set to “yes”, I now set it to “no”.
    I tried to make appointments from different browsers to test it. It seams fine, now it stores only my info in the fields, for example if I make an appointment and then another one right after I can see the info I entered, but If I go to a different browser I can’t, so I guess it’s fine.
    I will test it later with friends and write back if there is any problem.

    I have another question, the name, email, phone are mandatory to make an appointment, can I also make the note field mandatory? (do I need the write this question in a different thread?)

    Nevermind the last question, fixed it!
    But I do have another question, I translated the plugin but the frase “We have received your reservation. Thanks!” remained in english. Do you have any idea why? I used poedit, it worked for the rest of the words….

    Hello @albinuta, I trust you are doing well today!

    If you translating the .po files with PoEditor or with any other editor, please make sure that you have translated the following string:

    Javascript text that will be displayed after receiving of the appointment. This will only be displayed if you do not require payment. Default: “We have received your appointment. Thanks!”

    Once you translate it, the message in PopUp should appear in your language.

    I guess I’m missing something because it’s not working.
    Do i have to translate all the text or just “We have received your appointment. Thanks!”? Do I have to keep the “” ?

    Can you please try changing your [app_confirmation] shortcode to this:
    [app_confirmation confirm_text="NEW_CONFIRMATION_TEXT"]
