Reservation emails not being sent to restaurant but being sent to clients

There seems to be an issue where the reservation emails are being sent to the client but not to he restaurant.
I’m using PostSMTP to send out emails via SMTP so there’s no issues regarding email delivery.
I also checked out PostSMTP’s log and it only shows the client emails and none for the restaurant.
Please see this photo for reference, you can see that it didn’t send the new reservation and canceled reservation emails for the restaurant but did for the client:
