Reservation/booking plugin needed

  • We need a reservation plugin that would make it possible to rent space that can also be divided into 4 smaller spaces.

    • 2 bigger rooms that can be reserved for an hour at the time (per each room)
    • Each of the 2 rooms can also be divided into 4 smaller areas and those areas should also be reservable individually for one hour slots each.
    • If a small area is reserved the whole room can no longer be reserved for that time slot, but rest of the small areas are still reservable for that particular time slot.
    • If the whole room is reserved the small areas can’t be reserved for that time slot

    Does anybody know if there is some plugin that could handle this or should we start thinking about a custom solution?
