Reservation and mail problem- wp travel engine

    I am using a free theme called travel agency for the website. However, I cannot make a reservation for a service in the wp travel plugin. When I click the go to payment button, it does not take any action and does not send a reservation mail. (eg for greece tour.) I also cannot select the page settings of the plugin. (payment page, thank you page etc.) how can I solve these problems? Site URL https://www.nahnoartmytravel.com/

    Hello @zeynepz,

    Can you please make that you have configured the Page Settings properly?

    You can check the Page Settings via Dashboard > WP Travel Engine > Settings > General > Page Settings. Check the screenshot here.

    Note: Please make sure that you have added the correct shortcode on the selected pages.

    And if the page settings are not working then can you please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and plugin?

    If you are still having an issue then you might need to deactivate some plugins to check for plugin compatibility issues.
