You can find the tab based form demo here https://product.themewinter.com/wpcafe/reservation-form-pro.

So, Both the Reservation Form PRO and Reservation with Food Menu widget are available in our pro plugin, not in our free plugin.

Note : reply can be delay for different timezone issue. We appreciate your help on this.
