    We had a situation where Mandrill wasn’t successfully sending our emails due to a TXT spf record issue. We now want to try to recover abandoned carts by sending out the emails again to those customers that didn’t get the first one. Is there a way to re-trigger or re-send those emails when we get the spf record problem fixed?

    Hi,

    Currently, it is not possible in our Abandoned Cart Lite plugin to resend abandoned cart reminder email to the customer.

    As our plugin has already sent an abandoned cart reminder email to customer, but abandoned cart reminder emails were not successfully received by the customer due to Mandrill issue. So the abandoned cart reminder email can not be sent to customer again.

    Also, I would like to let you know that we are providing the feature of “Custom Email” in Abandoned Cart Pro for WooCommerce plugin. So Admin can send abandoned cart reminder email to the customer.
