Resending abandoned cart notifications

We had a situation where Mandrill wasn’t successfully sending our emails due to a TXT spf record issue. We now want to try to recover abandoned carts by sending out the emails again to those customers that didn’t get the first one. Is there a way to re-trigger or re-send those emails when we get the spf record problem fixed?
